What we choose for Happy Latte.
Before Happy Latte, we worked on several brands. Today we use that experience when choosing products, packaging and café partnerships.
We have a personal connection to the Philippines, so the origin of our ube matters to us. For matcha, we work with trusted partners in Japan and focus on freshness, taste and the result in the cup.
We are starting with matcha, ube and blue spirulina. We will add other ingredients when we know their origin and have a place for them in our recipes.
