Pack sizes
Choose 30 g, or ask about 70 g and café packs of 250 g, 500 g and 1 kg+. We confirm prices and availability for larger packs personally.
Preparation
Sift
Sift 2–4 g to break up small clumps.
Whisk
Add 60–80 ml of water at 70–80 °C and whisk until smooth. Do not press the chasen against the bowl.
Make it yours
Enjoy straight, over ice or with milk. Taste before sweetening.

Choose Premium BIO First Harvest when you want a delicate cup or a premium latte. Choose Budget Second Harvest for a fuller tea flavour in milk drinks, desserts and everyday café service.
Does €22 apply to every grade?
No. €22 is the price of Premium BIO First Harvest in the 30 g format. Budget Second Harvest is €15 for 30 g. Prices for larger sizes are available on request.
