Blue lattes and drinks made with blue spirulina
What it isBlue spirulina is a natural ingredient that adds a vivid blue colour to drinks and desserts.

Start small

Our starting dose is 0.2 g per drink. Weigh it carefully and mix it with a little liquid first for an even colour.

Acidic ingredients can change the blue

Lemon and some fruits can soften or change the shade. Always test the full recipe before adding it to your menu.

Store it carefully

Keep the pouch closed, dry and away from light and heat. This helps the colour stay at its best.

Where it works well

  • Blue latte with coconut or oat.
  • Ube and blue spirulina layers.
  • Yoghurt, cold cream or bowls.
  • Glazes and short-service desserts.

Colour without big promises

We use it to add colour to recipes. It is not a treatment or a replacement for a varied diet.

Estimated yieldA 40 g pouch makes around 200 drinks when you use 0.2 g per glass. The final amount depends on each recipe.
